The hotel managed to get a decent location, near some good spots. that's about it. the sheets were dirty, and the bed was uncomfortable. the bathroom was a problem as it was huge and positioned uncomfortably, with poor cleaning. the room service did not have many options and was not helpful with recommendations.
Sadly, the hotel is not even close to acceptable in its cleanliness standards.

The location was the best aspect of our stay. We were able to easily explore the surrounding area due to the hotel's central location. the hotel offered two amenities that we appreciated, although we cannot mention them by name. Finally, we enjoyed the festivities during Christmas, which the hotel had decorated for.
The housekeeping staff had not cleaned the toilet and the bedsheet was dirty upon arrival. The bed was uncomfortable, with springs that could be felt through the mattress.

The Christmas decorations in the hotel were charming and really added to the festive atmosphere. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. the complimentary breakfast provided was decent.
The room wasn't as clean as expected. the bathroom had not been properly cleaned before our arrival and the bed sheets were dirty.
